Scope of Services

Renol Consulting provides a range of professional services, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, business research, and growth strategy consulting. The specific services to be rendered will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or contract for each client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing Renol Consulting with accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of our services. Clients must also make management available to respond to inquiries and provide additional data as needed.

Fees and Billing

Fees for our services will be based on the scope of work, the complexity of the engagement, and the experience level of the professionals assigned. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the engagement letter. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

Renol Consulting will maintain the confidentiality of all client information by professional standards and our own strict internal policies. Clients agree not to disclose any of our work product or recommendations without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to clients for any claims, liabilities, or expenses relating to our services will be limited to the fees paid for the work product giving rise to such liability. In no event shall Renol Consulting be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, clients will be responsible for fees incurred up to the date of termination, as well as any additional expenses associated with the transition to a new service provider.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or relating to our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of African Arbitration Association
